8:00am - 1 bowl whole wheat cereal with flax seed and soy milk

9:30am - 1 apple with peanut butter, cinnamon herbal tea

12:00pm - 1 protein shake, 1 tuna sandwich

2:30pm - 1 bowl oat bran cereal w/ almond cereal mix added

6:30pm - 3 slices pizza, strawberries

9:00pm - 1000mg vitamin C

Tuesday 2/26/2008

Today I had an endoscopy at 1:00pm so I was fasting in the morning

2:30pm - 1 bowl beef soup, 5 Chinese dumplings, 1 glutinous rice shumai

5:30 - Fried rice with diced pork, edamame and corn

6:30 - 1 handful grapes, 1 cup soy milk

6:30am - 5g L-Glutamine, 1 Prilosec

7:30am - 1 bowl oat bran cereal w/ flax and honey

11:00am - 1 apple w/ peanut butter, 1000 mg vitamin C

12:30pm - Ravioli, stir fried beef

5:30pm - 1 small pork steak, 1 small bowl pasta, steamed broccoli, 1 can coconut water, 1 psyllium husk capsule

9:00pm - 5 Chinese glutinous rice balls with black sesame filling

Sunday 2/24/2008

8:00am - scrambled eggs w/ diced ham and chedder

12:30pm - 3 pcs sushi, 1/2 rou yuan, 1 bowl chicken noodle soup, 1 Prilosec

1:30pm - edamame, almonds

5:00pm - 1 bowl rice (you fan), spinich, miso soup w/ yam, sweet potato cakes

6:00pm - strawberries

9:00pm - small glass aloe juice

5:30pm - 1 grilled chicken breast, tofu/leek

6:00pm - popcorn
