6:00am - 5g L-Glutamine, 1 Prilosec

8:00am - 1 bowl oat bran cereal w/ cinnamon and honey

11:00am - 1 protein shake

12:00pm - fried rice with edamame, beef, 1 egg, 1000mg vitamin C

2:00pm - 1 apple w/ peanut butter

3:20pm - 1000mg vitamin C

5:30pm - pasta, greens, salmon
