7:00am - 5g L-Glutamine, 1 Prilosec, small glass aloe juice

8:30am - oat bran cereal w/ cinnamon and honey, 1000mg vitamin C

11:00am - almonds

12:00pm - turkey sandwich on multigrain bread

2:30pm - 1 protein shake, handful dried edamame, 1000mg vitamin C

6:00pm - Grilled salmon salad, half burger
