7:00am - 1 bowl oat bran cereal w/ flax seed, cinnamon and brown sugar

10:00am - 1000mg vitamin C, 1 capsule astragalus, 1 capsule echinacia/goldenseal

12:00pm - 1 salmon fillet sandwich, french fries, 1 beer

3:00pm - turmeric tea

5:30pm - 1 grilled chicken breast, tofu/leek

6:00pm - popcorn
