7:00am - 5g L-Glutamin, 1 Prilosec

9:00am - 1 bowl oat bran cereal w/ cinnamon and honey

12:00pm - 6 inch chicken breast sub

2:00pm - 1 apple w/ peanut butter

5:30pm - pasta w/ edamame, mushroom and tofu, corn, salmon

6:30pm - mango, pummelo, two bites ice cream
