7:00am - oat bran cereal w/ cinnamon and honey, 1 Prilosec

10:30am - 1 bran muffin, almond drink mix

12:30pm - small salad w/ grilled chicken and egg

2:30pm - 1000mg vitamin C, 1 protein shake

4:30pm - 1 cracker

6:00pm - sea bass, greens, pasta w/ peas

7:00pm - honeydew melon, 1000mg vitamin C, 1 Singulair

Boy you are healthy! Looks very interesting. You don't snack otherwise? And it doesn't look like you eat much fat--is that a conscious choice, or it's just how you naturally eat? (I think mine would be comparable in being low in fat) Good luck keeping your stomach and mind on a healthy diet! See you very soon! First thing in June!
