7:30am - 5gm L-Glutamine

8:00am - 1 bowl whole wheat cereal w/ soy milk

11:00am - 1 protein shake

12:00pm - 1 salad w/ grilled chicken, 1 Pepcid

1:30pm - 1 bran muffin, herbal tea

6:00pm - 3 Chinese dumplings, 2 slices pizza, 2 buffalo wings, 1 cup lemonade cut with aloe juice

9:00pm - 1000mg vitamin C, 1 Pepcid
