12:30 - 1 Cuban sandwich
3:15pm - 1 protein shake
6:30pm - 1 bowl brown/white rice, 1 small piece trout, 3 tofu/shrimp patties, sauted mushrooms/bokchoy, 1 beer
7:30pm - 1 pineapple cake
