12:30pm - 1 bowl rice, 2 pcs sashimi, 1 piece squash, 1 piece fish, 1 piece eel, 1 side salad
3:00pm - 1 protein shake
5:30pm - stewed pork/eggs, greens, miso soup w/ tofu
